My coaching focuses on action steps.
We build a mindset plan, strengthen self-talk, and create tools that can be used in the goal oriented spaces of sports, modeling, acting and performing.
I help girls understand and manage the natural highs and lows that come with performance-driven environments.
We don’t pretend pressure or mistakes don’t matter — they do. But we learn how to respond to them in a way that supports long-term confidence and growth.
