for TEENS
MIND. What you say to yourself as you prep, as you practice, as you perform. You decide your reactions before the moment, so pressure doesn’t get to choose them for you.
BODY. Your body is a tool you value. Recognizing what is great about your body in your sport. Genetics and growth will give you advantages and trade-offs both — knowing yours is part of the work. Learning to accept your body will be criticized by coaches, parents, opponents, or you — so create a filter through which you analyze all comments. We train how you use it.
WIN. You frame your success — your definition, your voice, your identity. You claim wins as you go: how you hold yourself when the coach says something harsh, when the spot goes to someone else, when nobody notices your increased skills. The outside stays a rollercoaster. Inside, you’re getting steadier.
