Normalize when we do not like how we look
BODY and IMAGE
There will be constant conversations about body size, shape, strength, skin shades, hair, and “prettiness rating”. That happens when you are being considered for any part, any brand relationship, any team.
for all women putting themselves out there, we will hear why we are not as good as the girl they chose, or why we must keep a certain look to keep what was just given to us. It is essential for all athletes, actors, dancers, singers, and models to normalize the talk and reframe it for themselves.
